How can we create real changes that brings us closer to our reason for being?

Coming from a NGO-world fighting for better life quality for teenagers combined with studies in Theology and leadership, I have always worked with creating new things and seeing real changes in people.

This led me to the ChaosPilot University in Denmark where I took my formal education specializing in process and project management, business development and communication.

After graduation I joined a danish consulting firm specializing in value based leadership training and organizational development. After this experience I moved to the "other side of the table" as I was headhunted to pioneer a spinoff in a large danish trade union for two years.

In 2006, I co-founded the consulting firm Changepilot focusing on innovation, change management and leadership - working with some of the largest and most interesting danish companies.

Married to Dina, father to Ida (5) and Astrid (2).

Playes and enjoys music, goes to church and loves great design and modern art.
